Notorious Wisconsin election official Is ordered to follow the law

By M.D. Kittle | The Federalist Green Bay Clerk Celestine Jeffreys failed to do complete Election Day registration audits following several elections dating back to 2020, according to a complaint filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation. Swing state Wisconsin’s most notorious elections clerk repeatedly failed to follow election integrity laws. Now, on the eve of Election Day, the state’s elections regulator is ordering Green Bay Clerk Celestine Jeffreys to comply.  The Wisconsin Elections Commission sent a letter to Jeffreys late last week after finally dealing with a complaint filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) on behalf of Green Bay residents.  READ THE FULL STORY AT THE FEDERALIST

An open letter to voters from Mesa County Clerk Bobbie Gross

By Bobbie Gross | Guest Commentary, Rocky Mountain Voice As your Mesa County clerk & recorder, I am deeply committed to the transparency, security, and integrity of our elections. I want to address a recent oversight by the secretary of state’s office, which inadvertently published BIOS passwords — one of the many layers that protect our voting equipment. I assure you that your vote remains secure and will be counted accurately. Our election system, here in Mesa County, is protected by multiple layers of security. Access to voting equipment is strictly limited to authorized personnel who pass background checks, and every entry and exit from secure areas is logged. These areas are monitored by 24/7 surveillance cameras, and we are immediately alerted to any unusual activity. O...

Democrats paid $430,000 to firm linked to Pennsylvania voter fraud investigations

By Gabe Kaminsky | Washington Examiner Democratic political campaigns have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to a consulting firm facing investigations in Pennsylvania counties for allegedly submitting fraudulent voter registration forms, federal records show. The district attorney of Monroe County, Pennsylvania, Mike Mancuso, said in a statement last week that a subsidiary of a firm in Arizona called FieldCorps was responsible for submitting 30 forms with fraudulent details, including on behalf of a dead resident. And in York, another county in the Keystone State, officials are looking into suspicious forms they say were submitted by FieldCorps on behalf of the Everybody Votes Campaign, a group tied to the Washington, D.C.-based Arabella Advisors dark money n...

Donald Trump closes final campaign rally at 2:09 a.m. Election Day

By Joel B. Pollak | Breitbart Former President Donald Trump concluded the final campaign rally of the 2024 election at 2:09 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Election Day in Grand Rapids, Michigan, defying opponents who claimed he was losing his energy. As he did in 2016, Trump concluded his presidential campaign in Grand Rapids, beginning his remarks before a packed crowd shortly after midnight and speaking for the better part of two hours. “Can you imagine a crowd like this at, like, one o’clock or some ridiculous time in the morning, on a Monday-slash-Tuesday?” he asked the cheering crowd. “What a compliment,” he said, gratefully, before comparing his rally to his opponent’s allegedly smaller one. By BRIAN PORTER | Rocky Mountain Voice Election Day has finally arrived in Colorado and across the country, and gone is the opportunity to cast a ballot by mail. Registered voters may cast a ballot until 7 p.m. today via a county voting center or by drop box. Polls close at 7 p.m. “Today is Election Day, and every eligible Coloradan should have their voice heard," said Secretary of State Jena Griswold. "No matter your age, skin color, or ZIP code, every voter has a say in our democracy." More detail on where to cast a ballot and other instructional material is available at GoVoteColorado.gov or through a voter's county clerk's website. ‘Unprecedented’ mistake by Secretary Griswold calls for unprecedented ruling, Libertarian Party argues in District Court

By BRIAN PORTER | Rocky Mountain Voice DENVER -- Some daylight may have been breathed Monday afternoon into what some have called the largest coverup in the history of Colorado's mail-in balloting era, and perhaps ever in its secretary of state's office. A day before Election Day, the top ranking officials in the Colorado Libertarian Party were in a Denver courtroom down the street from where Secretary of State Jena Griswold hours earlier made what sounded like a mea culpa over a password maintenance blunder that may affect half the counties in Colorado. At issue is hundreds of passwords which were posted in a public place on the secretary of state's website and discovered by an expert of voting system components, only after they may have been public for four months. "I am regr...

Georgia absentee ballot ruling provides legal victory for RNC on eve of election

By Emma Colton | Fox News The Georgia Supreme Court ruled Monday that absentee ballots that were mailed late to voters in Cobb County will only be counted if they arrive back to election officials by Election Day, sparking GOP leadership to take a victory lap.  "HUGE election integrity victory in Georgia. Democrat-run Cobb County wanted to accept 3,000 absentee ballots AFTER the Election Day deadline. We took this case to the Georgia Supreme Court," RNC chair Michael Whatley posted to X on Monday.  "We just got word that we WON the case. Election Day is Election Day – not the week after. We will keep fighting, keep winning, and keep sharing updates," he added.  READ THE FULL STORY AT FOX NEWS

Three senior judges in Colorado still haven’t filed personal financial disclosures with state

By David Migoya | Denver Gazette, via Colorado Politics Just months after Colorado officials reminded dozens of senior judges they were required by law to annually file personal financial disclosure statements with the Secretary of State's Office —  and 14 months after it was exposed that nearly none of them had — three still have not complied, The Denver Gazette has found. A fourth did so only after he was contacted by The Gazette earlier last month. One of those senior jurists, former 5th Judicial District Chief Judge W. Terry Ruckriegle in Breckenridge, hasn’t filed the document with the state since 2008, two years before he left the full-time bench, records show. READ THE FULL STORY AT COLORADO POLITICS

Overbeck: Kamala makes women’s lives more dangerous

By Joy Overbeck | Commentary, Townhall Champion of women’s rights uber feminist Kamala Harris has put women’s very lives in danger. As Czarina of the Open Border, she is directly to blame for the body count of American women mounting up across our nation since she and Biden canceled Trump’s previous illegal immigration safeguards and opened the floodgates to over 13,000 illegal migrant convicted murderers and 15,811 illegal migrant convicted rapists now roaming our streets.  Her empathy for illegal criminals instead of Americans has cost many American women and young girls their lives. We don’t know how many because the FBI doesn’t tell us. We do know the names of some of the beautiful, dynamic young women (allegedly) raped and killed by illegals. We know about Laken R...

Schlichter: It’s Election Day. Let’s do this thing

By Kurt Schlichter, Commentary | Townhall This is it. It’s time. We’ve been waiting four years for this chance to take back our country, and tomorrow it happens. This is history in the making, and it is an election people will be reading about in books for the next few centuries. Hopefully, they won’t be reading it in a chapter entitled “The End of America.” Over the last couple of weeks, I wrote columns on the Golden Age that would follow the election of Trump and the unspeakable nightmare that would follow the election of Kamala. That’s the reality, that’s the choice: triumph or tragedy. We are at a fork in the road. Civilizations have come to these forks as long as there have been civilizations, and eventually, every civilization takes the wrong one. We can only hope that America’s t...
